General Practitioner – Kilcoy, Queensland.

Practice Information:
This well-established General Practice has over 4 decades of history with excellent primary care service to surrounding communities. The practice has strong teaching and training history with close association with both RACGP and ACRRM. Practice has 4 excellent nurses, and a long-term admin support team lead by an excellent practice manager. Located 1 hour from Brisbane city it is an ideal location for doctors.

Position Requirements:

- Holds MRCGP or

- Holds current AHPRA registration and FRACGP or FRACRRM

No

Salary Information:
Percentage of billings. Competitive rate on offer.

About Kilcoy:
Kilcoy is a rural town located in the Somerset Region of South-East Queensland, approximately 94km northwest of Brisbane. According to the 2021 Census, the town has a median age of 37, with household incomes broadly in line with regional averages (approximately $1,401 per week). Around 3% of the population identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, with approximately 74% of residents born in Australia. Other cultural backgrounds represented include the Philippines and New Zealand. Kilcoy is well-serviced with a public hospital, schools, and essential amenities. The town is experiencing rapid growth, with a significant number of new townhouses being developed to accommodate the increasing population.
