Assistant HR Consultant Pool

Term full-time pool for 12 months.
The role supports the broader team within HR Operations and Partnering. The Assistant HR Consultant is accountable for the provision of an advisory and information service to the agency that includes human resource matters, administrative processes and procedures, operational HR processes and minor project functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Holding a current Australian work eligibility status and being subject to a criminal history check.
- Participating in SAPOL's iEngage program.
- Supporting the broader team within HR Operations and Partnering.
- Providing an advisory and information service to the agency on human resource matters, administrative processes and procedures, operational HR processes, and minor project functions.
- Australian citizenship or permanent resident status.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
