- Prior job experience in the field.

- Encourages participants to exercise their rights to choice and control.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mandatory requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or other relevant qualification.
- NDIS clearance.
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain.
