Primero is seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy-Duty Fitter (HD Fitter) to work across our current project, located in Newman on a 2:1 roster.

What you 'Can Do'

- Diagnose & repair mechanical malfunctions.

- Perform preventive maintenance for onsite machinery.

- Conduct scheduled servicing and minor repairs on plant and vehicles.

- Carry out inspections and identify mechanical issues.

- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with schedules.

- Operate service vehicle and support mobile plant operations.

- Manage stock levels of mechanical consumables, oils, AdBlue, coolant, grease etc

- Complete alternate tasks as directed by your supervisor and within your experience and abilities.

Requirements

- Certificate III Engineering Mechanical Trade or similar

- OHS Construction White Card

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen

- Have strong industrial construction working experience, at least 5 years
