What you’ll be doing in this role: Under the supervision of Orthopaedic Specialists, you’ll work with first-class facilities and a collaborative team to provide care for elective and trauma Orthopaedic patients.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside Orthopaedic Specialists
- Provide regular surgical assistance in operating theatres
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
- Actively play a positive role in the culture of comradery and teamwork
Who we’re looking for
- MBBS or equivalent with at least 3 years postgraduate experience
- Current AHPRA registration and unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia
- Demonstrated competency in clinical skills, including day-to-day management of post-op patients, venepuncture, and more
- Proven ability to interpret investigation results, including EUC, FBC, coagulation results, and X-ray
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Systematic, able to prioritise tasks, with initiative and critical problem-solving capability
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and work in a team-orientated environment
- Willingness to take relevant ongoing professional development
