About You
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Provisional & General Psychologists) OR are interested in becoming an Employment Consultant
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Desirable: Be willing to travel interstate to complete case management
The Role
- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
