Our Purpose
Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.
The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.
Your Purpose
- Customer-focused: Passionate about delivering counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Quality-orientated: Case managing complex psychological injuries and liaising with treating health professionals, all delivered with the highest standards of quality and care

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Provisional & General Psychologists) OR are interested in becoming an Employment Consultant
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Arriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table
- Desirable: Be willing to travel interstate to complete case management
The Role
- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
