Personal Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated aged care professionals to deliver exceptional, person-centred care to elderly residents in aged care facilities across metropolitan Adelaide.

This is your opportunity to provide support, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most. Your role will involve providing high-quality care that prioritizes the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

Your Role Will Involve:
  • Assisting residents with daily personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, and dressing;
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care;
  • Supporting mobility and transfers using appropriate manual handling techniques;
  • Providing emotional support and engaging with residents in meaningful ways;
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behaviour;
  • Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and workplace policies;
  • Collaborating with nursing and lifestyle staff to support holistic resident wellbeing.
What You'll Need:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent);
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role;
  • Current National Police Check;
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC);
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
  • HLTAID011 First Aid and CPR (within the last 12 months);
  • Up-to-date immunisation record, including COVID-19 and influenza;
  • Work rights in Australia;
  • Flexible availability across AM/PM/NS.
