About the position

As a rapidly growing business we're expanding our production team and looking bring onboard a Production Assistant. This role supports the daily operations of production tasks including packaging, order preparation, and maintaining diamond documentation. Role role is a great fit for someone looking for something quite administrative and entry level.

Responsibilities

- Restock and assemble packaging supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Create and maintain folders for finished orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Organise and file diamonds and diamond certificates, and retrieve them when required.
- Film videos of finished rings for quality control and marketing purposes.
- Pack and prepare finished orders for shipping, ensuring all items are securely packaged and ready for dispatch.
- Make regular trips to the PO Box for mail collection and dispatch of outgoing shipments.
- Perform waste management tasks, including removing rubbish and shredding documents.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Proficiency with basic administrative and computer systems.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
