About the role:

We are seeking a proven Store Manager to oversee the operations of their beautiful Cairns location. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4- 5 staff. You will adhere to company standards when it comes to merchanding, customer service, KPIs and people management. As a Manager, you will train and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service which will ensure KPIs and budgets are achieved. For this, you'll be rewarded by working for the market leader in an intimate fashion brand with, fun culture, generous salary and excellent discounts.

Skills & Experience required:

- Previous Retail Management experience
- Preferably have experience in fashion, footwear or accessories
- Excellent communication skills as you'll be running a remote store
- Have worked to KPIs and sales targets prior
