Veriu Macquarie Park is one of Sydney’s newest apartment hotels, featuring 184 brand‑new, thoughtfully designed apartments that set the standard for modern, stylish stays. Since opening in December, we’ve been welcoming a high volume of corporate travellers, and they’ve come to love our exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. Every guest who walks through our doors trusts us to provide a fresh, comfortable, and meticulously maintained space—our housekeeping team plays a huge role in making that happen

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be part of a team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.

- Guest room in‑stay & departure cleans to a high standard

- Maintain public areas to brand standards

- Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks

- Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

We work in a fast‑paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

- Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)

- Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness

- Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning / day shifts and some evening shift)

- Ability to work as a team & also independently
