Role: Salesforce Technical Architect
Work Location: Sydney / Melbourne.
Role type: Full-time /Contract
Salary: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 + Super / per year (depends on the relevant experience)

Key duties & responsibilities:

Define approaches and methodologies for project delivery and sales, demonstrating expert knowledge and specialization.
Take ownership of the architectural approach and vision for all technical components of the solution, leading technical teams.
Design scalable solutions and select integration technologies that ensure scalability, auditability, monitoring, and exception management.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all technical deliverables, taking responsibility for overall project or critical work stream leadership.
Interpret and document technical designs, physical architectures, and logical system architectures.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations related to application/system migration.
Create an exceptional client experience by understanding client expectations, seeking feedback, and engaging around the value delivered.
Foster teamwork and provide leadership by driving thought leadership, implementing best practices, and building consensus among stakeholders.
Drive business development activities within your area of expertise, taking ownership of proposals, client presentations, and sales-related initiatives.

Skills & Experience required:

Demonstrated senior experience in the full Salesforce development life cycle.
Hands on Implementation experience in Velocity Omnistudio components
Ability to understand pain areas of business and present workable solutions
Demonstrated experience in supporting and configuring Salesforce Marketing cloud or Health Cloud implementations.
Responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying complex custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform
Demonstrated ability to write clean maintainable Apex code as part of a continuous integration and delivery process.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
Experience working with integrations involving REST APIs using integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
Proven experience in Salesforce APIs and integrating with internal/external applications.
Knowledge in Devops tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GIT for version controlling including experience in handling CI & CD related issues and deployments.
Knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps is advantageous.
Knowledge and experience of working in Salesforce Public Sector solutions is advantageous.
