We are looking for a ambitious and talented Graduate Management Trainee to join our team in North Sydney. As a Graduate at swipejobs, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organisation while playing a pivotal role in driving success. You will work closely with experienced managers and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with executive leadership to deliver strategic business projects from concept to execution
- Contribute to investment and operational planning by developing and refining internal processes
- Facilitate workshops to support product ideation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse business and software data to generate actionable insights
- Review and report on financial documents, helping to identify risks and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ability to manage risks, track dependencies, and adapt to scope changes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting systems
