Roofer

- Repair, replace, maintain, install, and restore various roofing materials.
- Read and interpret plans while applying waterproofing membranes.

Position: Roofer

Location: Moree, NSW

Immediate Start Available

Salary: Up to $104,000 annually

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (with potential for overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

·Repairing, replacing, maintaining, installing, and restoring roofing materials (tile/shingle, metal, Colourbond, fibreglass, tar)

·Reading and interpreting plans

·Applying waterproofing membranes

·Cementing ridge capping and installing pointing to ridge capping

·Erecting scaffolds and roof rails

·Installing and cementing verge tiles to roofs

·Installing flashings to roof penetrations

·Working safely at heights

Skills & Experience:

·Demonstrated knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques

·Proven ability to organise and prioritise work, completing tasks within set timelines

·Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers and colleagues

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Understanding of and commitment to health and safety regulations
