Key Plays

- Manage inventory, suppliers and schedules.
- Lead the Back of House team by inspiring, training and delivering excellence.
- Make sure every plate and prep bench reflects our best-in-class brand

Qualifications

- A natural leader with Head Chef experience in a high-energy kitchen
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and team management
- Ability to handle the heat and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
