EXCAVATOR OPERATORS | GOLD PRODUCTION

Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Excavator Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites in the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and strong potential for permanent employment.

Pay Rates

- Excavator Operators – $70-$71/hr
- 12-13 hour days on site

- FIFO from Perth
- 2:1 Roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
- Small close-knit team, great site culture and camp facilities
- Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential
- Minimum 3 years’ gold production mining experience
- Experience operating Komatsu PC1250 and Hitachi 1200 excavators
- Proven ability to meet production targets safely and efficiently
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months)
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
- Proven experience in a production mining environment
