We’re looking for a highly-organised and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator who loves to write, create, and help clients achieve their goals.

This role is the creative engine of our agency, you’ll be the voice of our own brand while also supporting our client-facing teams.

The Role

This position is ideal for a “marketing all-rounder” who loves variety. You’re just as happy writing an in-depth SEO blog post as you are creating a catchy social media graphic or writing compelling website copy for a client.

Working within our digital team, this role is a dynamic mix of internal and client-facing responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for growing White Peak Digital’s online presence through content and social media. You’ll also be a key player in our client’s success, assisting our marketing team with client communications, coordinating campaign tasks, and producing high-quality content.

You’ll be working with an experienced and welcoming team who work together to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A Day In The Life

Your typical week would include:

- Writing and publishing optimised SEO blog posts for the White Peak Digital website to attract new leads.
- Creating, scheduling, and managing all content (graphics and copy) for our social media channels (like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
- Assisting with client communications, helping to coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure clients feel supported.
- Writing compelling website copy for our clients’ new web design projects (e.g., service pages, landing pages).
- Creating social media graphics and content for clients on occasion, in collaboration with our digital marketing experts.
- Collaborating with our production and marketing teams to ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and effective.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest content marketing and social media trends.

About You

- 1-2+ years of experience in a similar content, social media, or marketing role.
- A “super-organised” person with a passion for efficiency and managing multiple tasks.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in creating social media content and managing channels.
- Strong creative skills and experience using content creation tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
- A willingness to learn and keep your knowledge up to date.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles preferred or an interest in learning
