Duties
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration (most important function of the role)
- Maintain HR, safety and training documentation
- Assist Finance and Operations Managers with reporting
- Support plant and equipment service documentation
- General finance and administrative duties
Skills & experience
- Payroll experience is essential - accuracy is key
- Background in finance, accounting or administration
- HR experience advantageous (basic documentation focus)
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
