Job Description

We are expanding ourmultidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living around theNorth Perth regionand welcome a SeniorOccupational Therapistlooking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. You’ll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.

We will provide you with a bucket load of structured supervision, mentoring and CPD opportunities. We promise to invest in you, so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace. No two days are ever the same You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage an allocated caseload anddeliver timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
