About the Role As the Waitlist Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the clinical units within the Surgery Program by coordinating surgical bookings and managing the waitlist with precision and care. Working closely with the Head of Unit and other key stakeholders, you’ll ensure that administrative processes run efficiently and that patients receive fair and timely access to care. Your attention to detail and ability to streamline workflows will help uphold the highest standards of accuracy and service delivery. In this role, you’ll enjoy working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while also exercising a high level of independence. You’ll take pride in maintaining transparent systems and contributing to a patient-centred environment where every action supports quality outcomes. About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
