You have strong interpersonal skills, a trauma‑informed approach, and the ability to build positive therapeutic relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contemporary mental health service delivery, including intake, shared care models, and family‑inclusive practice. You’ll be confident in navigating complex situations, communicating with a range of stakeholders, and providing high‑quality, compassionate care.
