You will be responsible for adhering to the Aged Care Assessment Programme guidelines, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and participating in educational and quality assurance activities. By aligning with legislative and funding requirements under the Aged Care Act 2024, you will contribute to the continual improvement of services in line with SA Health's Aged Care Strategy, making a real difference in the lives of South Australians.
