Location: Teralba, NSW

Hours: 5:30am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As the Weighbridge Operator, you’ll be the central point of coordination for truck movements on site, ensuring accurate and efficient weighbridge operations. You’ll work closely with the National Account Manager, supporting customer service and administrative functions to help deliver seamless service to our client.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating the weighbridge and managing truck movements

- Handling end-of-month reconciliations and invoicing

- Supporting the Territory Account Manager with day-to-day operations

- Maintaining accurate customer records

- Assisting with Head Office functions and internal processes

- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Confidence in learning and using new IT systems

- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in a heavy industrial or logistics environment (preferred)

- Timesheet processing

- Invoice and head office processing

- Inductions and safety coordination

- Ability to work independently in a heavy industrial environment with high truck traffic
