We’re currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Employment Consultant to join our Moonah-based team. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing group that values integrity, respect, innovation, courage, and collaboration.

About the Role

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will:

- Support and nurture relationships with current clients.
- Secure new business aligned with our apprenticeship, traineeship, and labour hire services.
- Deliver real outcomes and maintain a healthy balance between working with our clients & also our young employees.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic achiever — someone who thrives in a people-first environment and can bring a proactive, results-driven approach to the table.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Proven ability to secure and manage new business opportunities.
- Understanding of client engagement strategies.
- Strong industry knowledge and the ability to build long-term employer relationships.
- Confidence presenting our services in colleges and at events.
- Industry experience along with a trade qualification would be advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Employment-based Working with Vulnerable People Licence
