Join a collaborative team and support the delivery of end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to assist with a broad range of marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who enjoys working across campaigns, content, events, and social media. You'll play a key role in supporting brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.

This is a full time role, generalist marketing role based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Coordinate updates to the website and digital assets
- Support the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Assist in planning and delivering events, promotions, and sponsorships
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communications

Requirements:

- 1–3 years' experience in a similar generalist marketing role
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, CMS, scheduling tools)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
