As an Outreach Support Worker, you'll be supporting incredible individuals living with neurological conditions like MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, MND, ABI, and Stroke promoting and fostering community engagement.

You'll be involved in assisting several engaging activities (e.g., arts & crafts, board games, gardening, quizzes, and team games), in a safe and social environment that allows our clients to interact and build social connections.

This is a casual role based in our Bunbury location.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead and support outreach activitiesthat promote social connection and engagement
- Assist the Kitchen Supervisorin preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience
- Deliver exceptional servicewith a strong focus on enhancing the client experience
- Follow individual care plansto meet each client's unique needs and preferences
- Provide mobility assistanceto support safe and comfortable movement
- Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person-centred and responsive

What You Bring:
Essential:

- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability or the frail aged
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
- Current First Aid certification
- Experience working in centre-based settings or with people with disability
