Perth Racing is seeking experienced Baristas /Café Counterhands and Cooks to join our vibrant andfast-paced team for the Ascot Racing Carnival. As a casualemployee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smoothoperation of our popular food and café outlets. This roleoffers the opportunity to work in a fun, social environment. Theatmosphere is electric, and you can be part of the excitement thatis unique to Perth Racing.

What is the Role?

We are looking for team players with café and fast foodexperience who are focused on customer service and work well in afast-paced, high-energy environment, can follow procedures, and whoshine when things get busy and energetic. Every event is differentat Perth Racing, so flexibility and adaptability are key.

Duties

- Use your customer service skills to provide patrons with apersonalized and memorable experience
- Café and fast food preparation and cooking inaccordance with food safety and hygiene protocols
- Making high quality coffee at a consistently fast pace
- Cash handling & POS operation
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of coffee machine andworking area.

To be successful in these roles you will need tohave:

- Relevant experience in reputable venues
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast pacedenvironment
- High standard of personal presentation
- Availability to work Saturday day shifts
- Safe Food Handler/ Safety Training
