We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to early learning, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and a genuine tea spirit that contributes positively to our Centre's culture.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred), or Certificate III with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when working independently

- Current Queensland Blue Card
