As a qualified Physiotherapist, you’ll join a passionate, collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering personalised care to clients in their homes across the community.
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of acute and chronic conditions affecting mobility, function, and independence. You’ll play a vital role helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes and improve their quality of life—all within a flexible, supportive, and values-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centred care to individuals referred through Home Care Packages (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and private referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations supporting independence, including mobility and transfer support, falls prevention, equipment prescription, pain management, and arthritis care.
- Work closely with clients to promote safe movement and enhance physical function, aiming for positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Manage a balanced caseload with achievable billable KPIs—we’re not your typical community provider (ask us more).
- Adapt and contribute flexibly across services within the scope of your Physiotherapy expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian work rights
