Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Bariatric ward (ward 9) on either a full-time or part time basis ( a rotating roster including AM, PM and night shifts) to deliver high patient quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set and to bring your passion for patient care to our busy ward.

With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

As an Enrolled Nurse - Bariatric, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
- Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
· Authority to Work in Australia
· Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
· Working with Children check (if relevant)
· Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
