A position has become available for a veterinarian with a passion for animal welfare and an interest in sports medicine.
The position offers the opportunity to work away from general practice and be within a growing industry. The successful applicant will be welcomed by an expanding team of veterinarians.
The company headquarters are based in central Melbourne. However, the job offers the opportunity to travel within Victoria.
Applications are welcome from vets based interstate. A relocation package may be on offer.
For full-time veterinarians, a work vehicle will be provided.
The position would suit a veterinarian with at least one year’s experience in general practice.
Applicants should have a strong knowledge of animal welfare, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Competency in MS Office and the ability to prepare and write reports would be advantageous.
The vet will be required to examine animals, provide emergency care when required and identify and report any welfare concerns.
