About the role

As a Mechanical Modeller/ Drafter, you will be a valued member of WSP in Australia's Adelaide-based Water Engineering team, contributing your drafting skills to a diverse portfolio of water engineering projects.

You will work with a talented team of experienced Engineers and Designers who embrace WSP's commitment to nurturing and developing the next generation of diverse Changemakers through mentorship and structured development programs. Responsibilities

- Work within a multi-disciplined engineering team
- Learn how to prepare drawings for issue
- Plan and manage your work to meet deadlines
- Learn to apply the relevant design guidelines and standards to drawings
- Provide input into proposals, demonstrating understanding of project needs in relation to design drafting.

About You

- TAFE qualification in Engineering or equivalent, or working towards qualification
- Some experience with design packages such as Autodesk Plant3D, AutoCAD and/or Navisworks would be great
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- An enthusiasm to learn and develop in your career
- Strong attention to detail
- Natural connector
- Problem solver with a powerful team spirit
- Someone ready to do the kind of work the world needs
