About the Centre

Welcome to Kids Academy Springfield We are a newly opened center of 57 places conveniently accessible by public transport and located near Erina Fair shopping centre. We believe in building strong community connections and pride ourselves on our play based educational program. We have a new purpose-built service with three rooms ranging from 0-5 years old. We have a small tight knit team that work together to provide a positive working environment and encourage one another to reach their career goals. We have an abundance of professional development opportunities for all qualifications and roles including ECT development days and opportunities for further study and scholarships with the support of development coaches. Our Affinity Learning Hub provides many opportunities to expand your knowledge and development at any time and our committed Quality and Education Advisors providing coaching for all team members. About the Role

- Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
- Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

- An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable)
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
