Job Description: UBS Cadetship Program - Sydney

About the Program

We offer a unique opportunity for year 12 students to gain hands-on experience in banking and financial services. You'll have the chance to develop analytical and decision-making skills, confident communication, and teamwork while fostering a purpose-led culture that values diversity and collaboration.

Your Team & Role

Details about your specific team and role will be provided upon selection, allowing you to grow professionally and personally. Our experienced professionals will guide and support you throughout your journey.

Requirements
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a drive to succeed
  • Interest in banking and financial services (not necessarily studied)
  • Strong academic record with an ATAR of 85+
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Confident communication
  • Team player with integrity and accountability
  • Work experience (paid or unpaid), such as organizing events, sports, or overcoming academic challenges
