The Company
You will be working for a Queensland-based Civil Contractor specialising in Sewer / Water Capital Works & Reticulation, Land Development and Road Infrastructure projects. The company has been coming along with excellent growth over the last few years and plenty of work already lined up on the horizon.

The Role and Responsibilities
You will be the Leading Hand or Foreman on a range of civil projects.

- Work alongside Project Engineers and Managers to deliver projects
- Supervise, manage and motivate site team
- Assist with progress reporting, procurement and documentation
- Manage clients and stakeholders as required
- Run the day-to-day on-site operations

Requirements

- 3+ years supervising civil projects - subdivisions, road infrastructure or sewer/water/pipelaying
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Driver License
- Attention to detail
- Energetic with a positive attitude and a team player

Remuneration
Salary up to $140k+ package or Hourly Rate depending on experience.
Opportunity to work with a great team.
Good mix of projects.
