About the Role

The Casual Sales Consultant reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest store presentation standards.

About You

- Customer service experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
- Passion for fashion, styling and trends.
- Team‑player who thrives on collaboration.
- Goal‑oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
- Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest products to share valuable insights with customers.
- Effectively manage stock and implement loss prevention measures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand’s image.
- Embody and promote the core values: collective, change‑driven, enduring, and winning mindset.
