About us:
Unitywater operates in one of Australia’s most exceptional environments in terms of natural beauty, geographical and demographic breadth. We operate on Kabi Kabi, Jinibara and Turrbal Country, proudly providing safe and reliable water to customers in Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa. We are a water utility serving one of the fastest growing regions in the country. We think a pretty good job starts here.
About the role:
Step into a 12month fixed-term Senior Business Analyst role joining our Change and Transformation branch where your expertise shapes real change. You’ll support Unitywater’s multi-year Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) Transformation Program, modernising systems, redesigning processes, and strengthening how we deliver infrastructure across our region.
Unitywater’s SIS Transformation Digital Program is reshaping how we work integrating people, process and technology to deliver smarter, more connected infrastructure solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, translate business needs into actionable requirements, map future-focused processes, and help ensure seamless delivery and adoption of new digital capabilities. You’ll be the bridge between business and technical teams, enabling confident decisions and successful transformation outcomes across the program.
If you want meaningful impact with the stability of a contract you can rely on (not the day-rate gamble), this is your next move.

- Ensure all requirements remain traceable, testable and aligned to business outcomes throughout delivery.
- Partner with change and training teams to translate process changes into clear knowledge content and end‑user support materials.
- Contribute to change impact assessments and support targeted training activities.
- Champion Unitywater's safety culture and positive working environment.
- Manage smaller projects or workstreams with lower complexity or delivery risk.
