About the Role

The Group Finance Business Partner – Systems will be embedded with the FP&A team acting as the key support on Group Finance Systems, in addition to supporting other activities within the team. This critical role will enable CTM to deliver on strategic financial initiatives with a focus on maintaining and enhancing existing financial systems and solutions, and to identify and deliver on new Financial Transformation opportunities. The role will report directly to the Global Head of FP&A and is critical to ensuring strategic finance initiatives are delivered and required financial reporting is available to the business. The role will have one direct report – the Group Finance Data Analyst.

Education and Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in a business partnering role working with various stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; CPA/CA certified

- Experience working with financial consolidation systems, Oracle HFM preferred, and building financial reports from these systems

- Experience working with Microsoft PowerApps, Python or other programming languages preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Strong technical skills using Financial Consolidation systems like Oracle HFM

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence and collaborate across global teams.

- Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, and various financial systems and visualisation software (Anaplan, Power BI preferred).

- Strong attention to detail is needed to ensure data pipelines are appropriate.

- High commercial acumen and proactive, solution‑ approach.
