Service Delivery Representative

Engage with customers & internal people through phone, email, online. No shift work

- Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities

- 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday

- Free on-site car parking

As a Service Delivery Representative, working full-time or part-time (3 days per week), you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:

- Process quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time

- Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively

- Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations

- Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork

- Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels

This is a Tullamarine based role that is easily accessible with public transport.

What You Will Bring

No direct experience needed, we’ll train you on our systems. We simply want you to have:

- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel

- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment

- High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
