We're on the look out for an enthusiastic team member to join our SportsPower Marion Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports/fashion and is eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.

The Role:

- Contribute to maintain a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members
- Offer outstanding customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
- Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPI's
- Maintain high standards around the entire store operations including cleanliness and safety

Who you are:

- Good communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
- A positive attitude and get the job done mindset
- Able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
- Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
- Available to work late night shopping on Thursday, Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays
