Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

- Guide new and existing clients through their learning journey.
- Provide ongoing support, answering questions and helping clients get the most value.
- Build strong relationships to encourage long-term client engagement.
- Manage professional conversations via phone, email, or online meetings.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and referrals.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Interest in personal development, coaching, or client services.
- Background in customer success, account management, or consulting is an advantage but not essential.
