EARLY LEARNING CENTRE EDUCATION SUPPORT OFFICER

- One-Year Contract Position

- 37.5 Hours Per Week

- 40-48 Weeks Per Year (negotiable)

- Based at Strathalbyn

- Commencing January 2025

Tyndale ELC offers education and care programs for children from 2 years old to preschool age. We have a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about running excellent, inclusive, and nurturing programs that allow our children to thrive and achieve their God-given potential. We are seeking an outstanding Early Childhood Educator to join our team full time in 2025. This role could also be shared by two part-time educators, so please indicate in your cover letter whether you are seeking a full-time or part-time role.

Hourly rate paid well above childcare award rates.

Flexibility to have time off during school holidays or work to ‘top up’ annual income.

Annual leave paid during centre closure of 3 weeks in December/January.

Regular staff professional development days, including paid First Aid updates.

Opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team of fellow Christians, who share a passion for God, our children, and the role we play in their lives.

Applicants must display a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education, and regular church attendance. Applicants are required to have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Tyndale Christian School is a co-educational, independent, inter-denominational school with locations in Salisbury East, Strathalbyn, and Murray Bridge catering for over 2,000 students. This position is based at the Strathalbyn campus, which is located on 4 hectares, 50 kilometres southeast of Adelaide CBD. We offer exceptional facilities and programmes to our students across three sub-schools (junior, middle, and senior) as they experience their personal journey as a Tyndalian.
