What you'll do

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day next flight operations, serving as the vital link between next flight customers, airlines, courier drivers, and internal stakeholders. You will be supported by our Operations Support Agents, who will engage with our customers regarding deliveries to ensure freight reaches its destination on the target flights, meeting all deadlines.

- Provide customer resolutions for both internal and external clients
- Coordinate the movement of time-critical freight for next flight operations
- Collaborate with other teams within the business
- Work closely with airlines to ensure the coordination of time-critical deliveries

What you'll bring to the team

- Previous airline experience is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Safety-focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
