- Previous experience in civil construction or related fields (e.g., landscaping or plumbing).
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Pipe laying experience (an advantage).
- Reinstatement skills in concrete and paving (an advantage).
- Truck driving experience with tippers (an advantage).
- Previous experience in civil construction.
- Experience interpreting plans
- Experience with SA Water, PVC, DICL
- Experience with Sewer laying
- Experience with RCP and RCBC stormwater
- Experience with HDPE welding (an advantage)
- Excavator experience (an advantage).
Vac Operator:
- Previous experience in civil construction or drilling.
- Experience operating vac trucks
- Maintaining vac units and truck
- Experience locating services via NDD
- Understanding the operating of a vac unit
- Valid HR or HC Driver’s license
All Candidates Must Possess:
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and occasional away assignments.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness to develop further skills.
- Valid Driver’s license, (HR or HC License preferable)
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol test, and obtain a satisfactory police clearance.
