Role Overview: As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping financial policies and directing fiscal operations to ensure the organisation's financial health and operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insight and analysis that support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
