This is a unique opportunity to work in a sophisticated, high-end dining environment where elegance, professionalism and personalised service are paramount. If you have a passion for hospitality and take pride in delivering refined guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Your role will include:

- Providing attentive, seamless service in a premium setting
- Bartending and crafting signature beverages with precision
- Serving gourmet food and beverages with expert knowledge
- Creating quality coffee with care and consistency
- Anticipating guest needs to ensure every visit is memorable

We're looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced yet polished environment, have a keen eye for detail and bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction.

Casual and Part-Time opportunities available

What you will do

- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
- Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

- Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable
- Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
