Key Responsibilities

- Design collaboration with the directors – ideas encouraged.

- Project leading beyond concept phase, through to delivery.

- Lead health projects autonomously and withinsmall teams.

- Direct client, consultant and builder engagement.

- Project resourcing and budget setting/ tracking.

- Design presentation and well-curated documentation output.

- Address both the architecture and interiors of projects.

Skills and Experience

- ARBV Registration (or another Australian State).

- Min 5+ years’ post-grad experience that includes delivering projects through the documentation and Construction Stages.

- Previous experience in leading projectsin defence is essential.

- Proficiency in Revit is a must, demonstrated through professional projects.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise with authorities, clients, and consultants.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Great eye for detail and design excellence is forefront.
