- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan menus catering todietary requirements, preferences, and cultural needs.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, wastemanagement, and food safety protocols.
- Ensure meals are presented beautifully and in line withfood safety standards.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, providing training andguidance as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalentqualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly withinaged care or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team andindependently.
