Senior Associate/ Special Counsel - Workplace Relations, Melbourne
Our client is looking for a go‑getter that would be keen to join a leading and trusted team in their growing Melbourne office.
They work with a diverse client base consisting of large and mid‑sized corporates, insurers, government departments, and statutory authorities.
This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level within a dynamic and supportive team.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have a minimum of 5 years’ post‑admission experience in workplace relations, employment law, or safety.
- You have solid experience and enthusiasm for running contentious and non‑contentious matters, including advocacy, advisory, and investigation work.
- You enjoy advising on strategic and operational matters relating to employment, industrial relations, and WHS law.
- You are keen to contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, relationship development, and mentorship.
