What You’ll Do

As an Associate Director within BCG’s Climate and Sustainability Practice Area, you will be a key member of the team, working alongside leading industry experts to drive the climate agenda within the Climate & Sustainability Practice. You will collaborate on impactful projects, advising clients on critical topics such as:

- Metals & Mining Advisory: Support Metals & Mining clients on strategic topics, including ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, Net Zero Strategy, and Sustainable Operations.

- Climate Strategy: Help clients set climate ambitions, identify growth opportunities, and define actionable roadmaps for achieving net-zero targets and emission reduction goals.

- Project Execution: Lead or provide expertise on Climate & Sustainability projects for major Metals & Mining clients across the Middle East region.

- Client Engagement: Contribute to client cases, workshops, and proposals. Travel as needed to client sites during project assignments to understand their needs and design effective solutions.

What You’ll Bring

- 10+ years of experience in consulting and industry, with a strong focus on Sustainability projects in the Metals & Mining sector.

- Proven expertise in project management and leadership, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple project requirements.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to craft transformative solutions for clients.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams effectively.

- Expertise in relationship building and client management at various organizational levels.

- Commitment to inclusivity, team development, and creating positive change in the industry.
