About the RoleThe Housekeeping Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership and training to housekeeping staff. This part-time role involves assisting with staff rosters, providing direction, cleaning facilities, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist the Park Manager with housekeeping staff rostering.
- Provide direction and training to housekeeping staff.
- Clean cabins, ensuite blocks, and amenity areas to a high standard.
- Replace linen, towels, and toiletries as required.
- Maintain storage areas in a clean and organized state.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
- You have experience in a team leader role.
- You have practical experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
- You can work independently with minimal supervision.
- You are well-organized and detail-oriented.
